  Having been renting this unit for 8 years and with the large rent increase for 2023, we expected the unit to be in much better shape. Items that we have mentioned to need attention for several years still were not remedied. There were some safety issues that we felt should have been addressed. Because of these maintenance issues we will be renting a different unit for next year.

  The Key West Golf Course is a great place to stay - fabulous pool and meticulously cared for landscaping. For some reason there were ants in the condo's upstairs bathroom (even though they were completely gone in the kitchen) and an unfinished (cosmetically only) shower surround. Everything else was perfect including beautiful closed in back porches, many pool accessories, backyard grill and well-appointed kitchen.
