This 2BR 1BA adorable first level condominium has an updated kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Flat screen TV in the living room and both Bedrooms. This property also includes assigned off street parking and 24 hour security.

  Our unit was comfortable and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the deck and the access to the adjacent parking lot, Truman Water Park, etc. Lost TV twice - Hotwire cable provider problem - and A/C noisy inside unit. Compass Realty personnel super helpful! Outstanding location!!

  Very nice condo with great location. Have been staying in the Shipyard for many years. Sorry to hear they will no longer be renting for 7 nights and requiring 28 night minimum. What a shame!

  My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay. This seemed truly like a home away from home. It was quiet, yet so close to the action. The pool was wonderful and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Plan on staying again as soon as possible!
  Only thing to keep in mind is that bikes are not included and there is no BBQ.

  Located in Shipyard division of the Truman Annex close to Southard St. Parking is available but not adjacent to unit. Location allows exploration of a different part of KW. Within walking distance of Fort ZT SP. Rear deck well done. Disappointed that TV streaming was limited to Roku; did not offer our preferred viewing. Otherwise, condo clean, well furnished.

  Everything about the condo was perfect. The location to the park, beach, splash pad, playground, sunset viewing, downtown restaurants and bars and the pool all were excellent.   The Condo was great. The kitchen was even stocked with spices and Olive oil. But, the AC was broken when we checked in on Saturday so the first 2 nights were pretty miserable. AC got fixed Monday and everything was peachy after that.

  The location of Sunset View is ideal for getting around Key West. You are close to restaurants, a well stocked grocery store, and activities galore. The condo was a bit smaller than expected, but was clean and well stalked. My only issue was the height of the double bed. As an older couple, we found it nearly impossible to get into; we opted for the twin beds in the second bedroom.

  The rental process was very unpleasant. We searched and found a wonderful property that had our dates available-paid the deposit..payment clearded the bank..over a week later told no longer available. 2nd condo..SAME thing. Finally locked in "Sunset View" Nice place- as others said..well equiped..cleaner than most..BUT..would have been very helpful to have directions on how to work the TV..two remotes..very frustrating. Also...their is no oven in the stove. (That is a first for us) The microwave had an "oven" button but with no directions..not sure what that would have been like (the pictures of the condo clearly show an oven in the stove.hmm?? another disappointment.   I booked this 3 days before I stayed here. I didn't do a lot of research. My two kids and I stayed here for 7 nights. The condo is what you would expect from a vacation condo. It was clean, a/c, washer, and dryer, all worked well. The best part was the location. It's within walking distance to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and Duval st. It's a quiet complex. The issues I had was the internet didn't work. I had to use my hotspot for the tv. Also, the pullout bed in the living room is supposed to fill with air but we weren't able to get it to inflate. The staff was wonderful. I would consider staying here again.

  Nice place convenient. Only thing is you can’t cook a hamburger no grill not even electric or George foreman! All the beds were extremely comfortable!
