  We loved this little condo for our trip this summer! It provided us with air conditioning, a quiet retreat, and location!! We had a hiccup with the internet and the main office was super helpful and kind. We enjoyed the beauty of where we were staying and there was a great little deli-Court House Deli, where we got our coffee in the mornings. We felt safe and loved how we could walk everywhere! The day before check in we got a call to make sure we were all set, and the arrival process was great! Would come back again!

  The rental property was not clean, the floors and base boards were dirty. The shower curtain in the bathroom had a lot of black mold on it. There was hair all over the walls, it was gross! The furniture was old and very dusty. The living room had an uncomfortable out door rug in place of a regular area rug.
  
  Our toilet got clogged and there was no plunger in the unit. When I called the office for a plunger they said we would have to wait until the next day for someone to bring a plunger. Or we would have to walk to another unit to get a plunger. We ended up walking to a unit which was about a mile walk to get the plunger. I felt this was ridiculous! Overall, I was very dissaponted with the stay and would not recommend this place.

  The house is nice and has everything you need for a small family. With a single bath, it was a bit rough for 4 adults and one teen. The location is great for walking all over Key West. The back patio was our favorite spot to relax in the morning after our run and in the evening. Only issues I should note is that one of the prior guests left dirty sheets on the pullout couch bed and left an empty propane tank. When we called about the propane, we were told it was too late to address that day. 4 PM. We left the tank for someone to exchange the next day. I called at 2 PM when nobody showed up and I was told that the person left at noon. Thankfully they found someone to come exchange it so we could cook dinner that we delayed from the day before. Also, a light switch to turn off the front porch light would be nice for those sleeping in the front room.

  The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and it took until the third day until it was replaced.
  The air conditioner was recently replaced with a new one in the bedroom closet. The shelving was removed for this installation and was not reinstalled, therefore, we had no place to hang our clothes. The property manager we spoke to was not interested in reinstalling the shelving.
  This unit used to have three additional mirrors that the women used to get ready in the morning. Those mirrors were removed and the women complained about having to wait to use the bathroom mirror to shower and put on makeup and get dressed. Again, the property manager had no interest in reinstalling the mirrors that used to be there.
  The WiFi password did not work.

  This unit was a very nice unit. We had everything we needed. The house was clean and well maintained. Also the unit was close to the town and beach you didn’t need to have a car to travel. The inside was decorated very nice and cute. We had a few small issues but the lady that we booked it from was very nice and come right away to help us. I have no complains and I highly recommend this unit. If we come back here i would stay again here. Oo and also the property was in a gated community and if you didn’t have a code you could not get in. Also parking was perfect inside the property.

  The description of the condo was accurate and the location was excellent. The property was clean and well maintained. The resort allowed us to check out later since our flight changed times. I would recommend the property group and this condo. There are chairs on the front and back porch so you can eat outside in the back. Renting bikes is a must and there is a bike rack in parking lot.
