ARCHIPELAGO II

This newer renovation is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The kitchen and baths are new and living room, dining area, and back patio are all updated and beautiful. The bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just out your back door. This property includes off street parking and a gorgeous community pool.

  I had planned to stay 28 days, but a swarm cut my visit short. The townhouse is in a great spot—close to Duval and the beach—with excellent heated pools just outside the back door. It's in the Truman Complex; the garden fencing at the rear was replaced, and part of the decking was redone. A gas grill is available. The living area was comfortable, with a half bath off the living room. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities. The upstairs bedrooms each have a full bathroom—one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. Heating and AC are provided and were both needed during my stay.

  Great location and neighbors, however it was not as clean as in the past. Floors needed mopped (our feet were black in the first hour) living room furniture was dirty. Back yard area was unkempt.

  We were disappointed . First the fence in the front of the unit was down. The stopper in the bathroom sink upstairs didn’t work. There was no vegetable peeler. The outside eating area was tiny. No way you could seat 4 people at that table without someone falling off the deck.Always loved this location but probably will be the last visit because of the month minimum rental

  Great location - right across from the pool and easy walking distance to anywhere you'd like to go.
  A few maintenance issues need attended to (light bulbs out, missing knobs in bathroom, missing hair dryer in one bathroom, stairway carpet needs cleaned, but all normal wear and tear. Patio area needs spruced up to make it an enjoyable space.
  We booked it again for next year, the location is perfect for us.

  Wonderful location! We were on the parade route for fantasy fest and the boat parade. Very convenient to the coffe shop 1 block from the corner. Pool was in the back yard and very relaxing.

  Staying at the townhouses at the Truman Annex is close to everything with no car needed at all! Everything is a walk or a bike ride away!!
  Our unit was clean as usual with everything you could need! Have been using the folks at Compass Realty every year and they do not disappoint!!

  Rental property Archipelago II was GREAT! Prefect location, not 2 blocks from Duval but right across from the pool! Rental was clean and comfortable, the pull out couch had a memory foam mattress which made it comfortable to sleep on. Only thing the rental needed was more silverware, had to keep washing dishes (for those who don’t want to eat out all the time). We’ll DEFINITELY be back soon!

  Absolutely loved the townhome and location of this unit!   My wife and I have been staying in The Truman Annex every winter for 20 years. Our experience suggests quality of upkeep of rentals in The Annex is not as good as it used to be. The last four years in a row we have experienced maintenance issues. Given the price of rentals in The Annex we would expect better.

  Facilities were as we expected since we stayed there the year before. The property is well maintained and realtor is very accommodating with any deficiencies we brought to their attention. Obviously this property is not occupied by the owner in as much as it is marginally furnished and decorated. Floor was not clean. The soles of our feet became more dirty from the indoor than the outside.
