This condo is just minutes from all the sun-kissed festivities, yet perfectly situated a block off Duval in a gated community giving you the best of both worlds.

  Overall it was a good stay, location was great, apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. A/C choked up for about two days, then discovers the ceiling was leaking from the water heater. Still, maint was fast and had us back cooled down promptly.

  Location cannot be beat so central to everything key west. Withing minutes walk to Duval St and the action. Rent a bike and be anywhere within minutes. Condo was super c clean and located in a quiet, safe community.

  We have stayed in this rental several years. Compare to others in Shipyard that we have rented, it is be far the most comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is really nice with a large fridge and extra counter space. The furniture is quite comfortable and the decor is peaceful and well coordinated throughout. Also, very clean. Back deck has lovely vegetation to look at and is quiet. Great location near town and nice pool within short walk.

  The truman annex condo was perfect! Lots of guests stayed here. Centrally located to everything. The unit was updated, clean, well stocked, and quiet when we needed it!! Special to hear taps and anthem at each end of the day! Compass was thorough, small toilet issue promptly addressed. We would go back here on any future return trips.

  Great location, nice are of the island. Accommodations were as described. Very clean, would definitely recommend and will stay again.
  The only thing that would make it better would be the check in process. A keypad instead of actual keys would be optimal.

  We stayed in a second floor, two bedroom condo in the Shipyard complex. Unit was clean, well decorated and equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Nice front deck and fantastic back deck. The pool for the complex is a bit small, but we spent no time there. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is really walking distance for beach time. The condo is also very well situated for easy access to Whitehead and Duval streets. Compass realty was very easy to work with, and very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be staying here again!

  Convenient, well decorated, clean, nice pool, well supplied with linens, comfortable beds, great kitchen supploies.
  My only suggestion is an awning or umbrella for the rear deck. It was much too hot and sunny to make use of and it is a beautiful addition to the property.

  The condo was clean and fresh. Kitchen was great with a very good refrigerator. Bathroom was recently updated - a little tight but not bad. Bedrooms were good size but sensitive back ruled one of the mattresses wasn't quite up to par. The condo could simply not be in a better location. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and no problems. Our group of three would DEFINITELY recommend this rental and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

  This property was in a great location and the porches were nice. However, it would be a bit tight for more than 2 adults. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom is very small so 4 adults would not fit comfortably in this unit, as advertised. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer in the unit otherwise we would not have had enough towels for the week between the two of us. With that said, they did not supply enough wash clothes or hand towels for the week so we had to go out and buy laundry detergent. The unit also has thin walls so you can hear neighbors. One morning there was maintenance in the unit next to us and the drill shook the entire bedroom. I also don’t recommend arriving at night, as it was extremely hard to find and took us over 30 minutes to get into the unit. The property manager was helpful and responded to texts in a timely manner.
