This 2 bedroom 2 bath town-home is just what you are looking for. The amenities include two community pools, a gym, and a butterfly garden. This community is located on Stock Island which is five miles from Duval Street and all of the Historic Old Town Key West attractions. The property is also located two miles from some of the best beaches on the island. Enjoy world-class fishing access either using your own boat with nearby deep-water access to the Atlantic, or by chartering a boat at any of our local marinas. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots, pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, parking for up to 2 vehicles and access to two community pools. THIS HOME RENTS FOR 28 NIGHTS MINIMUM.

    Nice location. A short 15 minute drive to Duval Street and restaurants. Also easy to Uber. Nice golf course design.

    Second year in this condo. Great amenities and location, with really good service from Michelle, our agent.

    We’ll be returning to the Golf Club again next year. A plus is the welcoming attitude of friendly neighbors.

    We stayed at very nice location in key west, and we enjoyed our stay there, the unit we stayed at was comfortable, but it did need some work, the sliding doors to the patio do not close properly and there is a large gap between doors, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced they are very difficult to pull open. I would recommend it to a friend if these items were resolved.

    We enjoyed our stay at the Golf Club a great deal, and are signed up for next year! The condo was in good shape and clean, and we like the location. The development is very friendly, lots of people walking about, many with their dogs. We actually spent a great deal of time at the development, using the fitness center and large swimming pool. On-site property management is a plus.

    The Key West Golf Club is a good location. Usually quiet except for aircraft noice from the Naval Air Station and emergency helicopters from the nearby hospital. Most of the time it was quiet, with intervals of noise. The military aircraft do not fly at night which mitigated that noise issue. The condo was not in very good condition. The hurricane shutters had not been opened, the yard hadn’t been cleaned up and trimmed, one ceiling fan could not be adjusted for speed, another didn’t have a working light, the outside of the sliding doors in back was not clean, and one of the shower rods was very rusty and hard to use. The kitchen sink drain stoppers were missing and one of the dining area light switches failed. The property does not have a view of the golf course due to trees.
    Many of these issues were resolved during our stay. The property manager was helpful in dealing with these issues.
    Overall, a middle of the road experience. We have stayed at a number of other properties at this location and all were superior to this one.

    I felt very safe staying in this townhome. I had no worries about my bike or grill in the back area. There were many simple fixes that would make this home much more livable for a month stay. The bathrooms are poorly lit, there is no full length mirror, the outside upper porch was extremely dirty. The shower rod was installed incorrectly and the shower curtain continually fell off when moved. The front bathtub leaked water on the ceiling below but the other tub didn’t have a stopper to take a bath. Compass realty did not have a good list of amenities. There was a grill there which we had no idea was there and we ended up bringing a small grill with us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The furnishings and beds were comfortable, with a little attention to the details this would be an A+ property!
