This waterfront two bedroom condo is located in the Truman Annex, Key West's premier residential community. Enjoy endless sunsets from all of the rooms and the balcony. The primary suite features King bed and large beautifully appointed bath. The guest bedroom features twins which can be converted to a King bed if desired. Just let us know and the housekeeper will have it set up for you prior to arrival. Complimentary wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV and the living room offers a conventional TV. All kitchen amenities included, so just pull some ice from freezer and make up a nice pitcher of tea while relaxing and watching the sailing ships along the island filled horizon.
Harbour Place has a large heated swimming pool directly on the ocean exclusively for Harbour Place residents. These are the largest condos in Truman Annex. This stunning unit has one assigned covered parking spot. Enjoy this location with only a couple of blocks walk to Duval Street, Mallory Square, and the world famous natural Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach.

  The property needs work. Sheets, bedding, towels, coffee maker all need replacing. All towels, sheets and bedding have strong musty smell. Checked out early.

  Expected to have kitchen with basic spices other than salt and pepper, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Balcony furniture rusty and cushions somewhat dirty. Some of the towels smelled moldy and could not be used. Area was beautiful and very quiet.

  Very good and management company very professional and on point. Would however like to mention the toilet in master, (only one I used) was not clean around and certainly not under the top of toilet bowl. The underneath part of rim was a bit gross. I cleaned it. Lights outside patio did it seem to work.

  This condo is in an ideal location for a walking vacation in Key West. Located inside the Truman Annex and right behind the Truman White house. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. The condo has a balcony overlooking the ocean, captivating sunsets, although partially impeded by palm trees. Overall a great condo for a Key West trip.

  The condo was decent for the money. Unfortunately, upon arrival 1 tv was broken, the garbage disposal was broken and the dishwasher was broken. Not sure how the rental company didn't know about any of these issues.

  This room was an upgrade, as our original reservation was no longer available. The most noticeable difference was the outstanding view. There was balcony furniture to enjoy, but needed an umbrella. The unit was spacious with three bathrooms which was convenient for our group. The internet did not work (which was not a huge deal) but was annoying. Property management tried to amend without success. The blinds should all be replaced, but the unit was very clean. The location in Truman Annex was perfect. The grounds are well maintained, and we pretty much had pool to ourselves. We also had our own parking spot which was very useful to us. If the internet were functioning, would stay there again.

  This is a great location, but dated and needs some TLC. The location is perfect for walking to duval and anywhere else you want to go. The condo is spacious and well stocked with kitchen supplies for making meals. The following items need work:
  
  1. The carpets are dirty
  2. The towel racks in the bathroom next to the entrance keep falling off
  3. The patio door in the master bedroom sticks and we had many issues trying to close it
  4. Many of the blinds are broken and can’t open/close or are missing sections
  5. Light switches are not labeled.
  6. The tv in the second bedroom didn’t work
  7. The sharp knives were all as dull
  8. The umbrella stand is broken. It doesn’t stay up right.
  
  For as much as we paid for this rental I would expect much better quality and attention to detail.

  KEY WEST AWESOME! Compass reality Awesome. We have stayed in a variety of rentals throughout Truman Annex. Harbour Point condos with water view our fav.
  Paradise on the Ocean unit needs renovations. Ceiling fan noisy, electrical outlets falling out of walls, locks on doors not easy to unlock, bathroom fixtures falling off walls. View blocked by large palm trees. TV difficult to work and no instructions. All our other vaca rentals in past years with compass the units have been perfect. condition.

  Lovely home, but a good bit dated. Limited hot water when needed. Bed extremely uncomfortable (especially the two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which was listed as a queen bed). Toilets often did not flush. Check in was easy with no issues. Michelle in the office was quite responsive.

  The rental in general was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the view was great. The deck furniture was something different than the pics showed. The umbrella on the deck didn't work and we tried several times to 'bring it down' and could not get it to work. We lost water 1 day but Compass took care of that on our end. The location in the Truman Annex was perfect! Overall it was a good experience.

  The location was perfect. Views wonderful, scenery beautiful- very nice and relaxing. The condo was clean and nice. A little dated but had everything you needed for the week long stay. The customer service was friendly and very helpful. Our flight was canceled at last minute and we were given a little extra time as we tried to get another flight.
  Would definitely recommend the place and location. Truman Annex is a great spot in Key West- you get the best of both worlds- beautiful quiet in Truman Annex and fun time walking around Duval St and area

  The condo needs a lot of TLC, after getting there and seeing it in person I think the owners charged too much. In the kitchen the stove is outdated, in the dining room the table and chairs look like they came from Goodwill, in the great room the tv is not hi-def, the couch and two chairs are real worn, in the master bath the towel was falling off the wall, in the whole house there were no clocks, in master bedroom no dresser drawers, master bathroom needs new shower head. Great location but the owners need to upgrade. We will come back to the area but not to this condo.
