First floor newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 1 bath corner end unit at the Shipyard Condominiums located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard Condominiums are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level or charming balconies on the second level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots, pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking, free WIFI and pool access.

  Truman Annex was a great place to stay! It was close Duval but also other great places like the water front at the annex! Seascape was a clean and updated looking condo. It was perfect for our stay. The pool was great for relaxing in the afternoon and it was not very busy! Compass Realty was very easy to work with!

  Awesome condo. Been staying in Truman Anex shipyards for 11 years now. Have never had a bad experience. Love the pool meet lots of cool people. Share ideas were to eat and what to do. Made several friends that are there the same week. Perfect location

  GREAT LITTLE HOUSE - WE HAD THE DOWNSTAIRS. COMPLETELY UPDATED WITH VERY NICE DECOR. LOVED THE SHOWER! SPARKLING CLEAN. THE HOME WAS STOCKED WITH ENOUGH TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, & DETERGENT FOR A WEEK. WE HAD A PROBLEM THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER.

  - The property management people were great - brought over a new toaster right away - sent the repair folks right away when the AC stopped working
  Not so good things
  - Loud. It sounded like a stampede when the people upstairs moved around, and unfortunately they were early risers. ALso we could hear every word of the conversations taking place on the back decks around us
  - No grill, no porch furniture in front
  - Many of the electrical outlets did not work

  Compass Reality very easy to work with. The property was as described. Check in was easy. Parking convenient to the unit. Unit was clean and had everything you needed for a weeks stay. The pool is located just a short walk from the unit. Duval is a two block walk. Most restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beach is a short drive or bicycle ride. The Shipyard at the Truman Annex is located in the quite part of town. You can walk to the sunset celebration at Mallory Square or see the sunset from children’s water park a short distance away. The only complaint regarding our stay was the heavy footed tenants residing upstairs. The were constantly walking loudly or what sounded like moving furniture. I understand that you never know who your neighbors are going to be. Compass Reality was easy to work with everything went smoothly and I will be dealing with them for our next rental.

  Had a great time. This was my hubby’s first time at Truman Annex and it did not disappoint. Loved the location and the proximity to everything in Key West. We were able to walk everywhere including the beach, sunset pier and the southernmost point. Looking forward to coming back😊

  Nice, small condo. Mostly clean, but dirty kitchen floor and broken glass by fridge as well as a dirty washer. Could have used a bath mat as the tub floor was slippery. Comfortable furniture and the kitchen was well stocked with items to use. Liked the deck and comfortable outdoor furniture. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the pool was great. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Great safe location

  A/C broken on arrival, fixed promptly. Garbage disposal did not work, several lights did not work, took 7 days of cold showers before we realized the water was hooked up backwards (cold was hot/hot was cold) Called the manager to report and never got a call to see if it was ok. Outdated, cracked/stained tiles, need paint. Very small compaired to other units we have rented and this one was way more expensive. Great location!

  We were very comfortable here. The living room furniture seemed new. We slept well on nice queen bed. The location is quiet. Very thoughtful of the owner to have beach chairs for the guests to use at the ocean. Short walk to the parking lot. Not a complaint but I think it needs a new toaster and a Mr Coffee.

  Our stay in unit 139 was very comfortable. It was clean and provided for our basic needs. The galley kitchen was very small, but we did not cook meals, so it also met our needs. The refrigerator was sometimes very difficult to open because it would create a vacuum and would require both me and my husband to open. The noise from the unit next door and above us during the day was very noticeable. We heard very heavy footsteps overhead and could often hear conversations through the adjoining wall from our next door neighbor. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Many of the electrical outlets would not hold a plug because of their use over the years. The TV in the main bedroom needs to be replaced and did not work very well. Most faucets were difficult to turn on. We only had a single wash cloth, but towels were abundant. Still, the location to Duval Street and our favorite restaurants made it the perfect place to stay. The gated community made us feel very secure.
