  Location was perfect for walking to and experiencing downtown Key West. The outdoor space was lovely to see beautiful sunsets and observing port activities.
  
  Unfortunately the master bathtub was unusable, and grounds employees gave us a hard time when we had friends stop over, even when it was in the middle of the day.
  
  Despite the issues with the tub and not being able to visit with friends and family at our location, it was a nice stay.

  I have stayed in Truman Annex/Harbor Place many times. After they put the palm trees in the waterfront park, this condo is one of the few left with great views of the harbor and sunset from anywhere in the condo. It was very clean and well equipped. The twin beds are a little small for adults, but overall one of my favorite ones I've stayed in.

  I would highly recommend this condo. Our party of four (2-couples) had reservations at a different location in the Truman Annex.
  Lucky for us we were upgraded to Sunset Daylight condo. The condo has beautiful views right off the patio that we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The condo was fully packed with everything that was needed. The walking was pretty easy to shop, eat and enjoy the town. Nice pool.
  
  I do have a few suggestion that needs to be addressed. There needs to be a second set of keys to allow each couple the ability to access the condo if they’re on different activities. The Tub in the main bathroom needs a plumber for the drain clogged up. The bathtub in the master bathroom jets was not working. The mstrbthrm Shower was amazing.
  Both the doors going out onto the patio have hurricane deadbolt locks and the tiny little notice that reads “do not use this lock”needs to be Bigger because if you don’t read the notice and use the deadbolt lock it will lock the door for good. Even though I’m writing this these issues didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves. The picture are true to what this condo looks like. We would definitely book this condo again.

  This was our first time in Truman Annex and it was wonderful. The condo had a beautiful view from the private covered balcony, the interior was updated, it was spotlessly clean, and close to Duval St. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The only drawback was that it was hard to find at night. GPS was useless. A stop at the guardshack for directions will get you there though. Stacy at Compass was excellent! She happily answered questions and secured our reservation for next year. Great experience!

  Great location: you can walk to Mallory Square and most areas to eat. HOWEVER!:
  
  You have to have a key to get in the building from the parking garage, a different key to get in the unit, a different key to get in the pool, and a different key to get in the gate to access the boardwalk.
  We didn't have a pool key upon arrival at 3pm, and the property manager suggested to call security and they could get one the NEXT DAY BY NOON. You can get anywhere you want to in Key West in 5 minutes so this was absurd.
  
  The dryer didn't work, the half bath in the front of the condo didn't work, and the iron was broken.
  
  It took the 3rd day of our stay for management to have our wifi up, and the TV on for use. The TV in the 2nd bedroom was a 19" computer monitor.
  
  This was a 25 year old condo that needs a lot of attention for $5000 / week rental.

  Location was the best of both worlds...on the water and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Having a washer/dryer was great too! The balcony was a beautiful spot to watch sunset and boats. The only complaint are the keys...they give you 2 sets but only one set is usable, as it has the key fab needed to get into the building. I mean without being able to get into the building why even give out 2 sets? The entry door is tricky too..I was never able to open it myself. It took my husbands strength each time, and we even stopped locking it as no one would be able to get in anyhow! He even thought we were going to be locked out a couple of times! The very last advice I’d have to anyone staying here is to walk to Opal Key for any Uber/Lyft rides. The day we arrived with our luggage Uber and GPS could not get us to the front door...kept taking us around front...where there’s no entrance. So walked FOREVER with all our luggage in the heat! Not fun. After renting a golf cart for a day to get the lay of the land, we quickly realized how confusing that area is for Uber, and hence just used Opal Key and had no issues obtaining rides. FYI, the only reason we needed rides was to get to Parrot Key for a jet ski excursion and to get to the airport, as everything else is walkable.

  Vacation was great, excellent location, condo was very clean, easy check in. View of sunset makes it amazing. Couple things I would fix with condo is new ceiling fans, when on high which they need to be make it sounds like a bowl of rice crispies snap, crackling and popping. The arm of the patio chair was also broken and there weren't any kitchen towels. So really no complaints overall! Love staying in this complex and have for many years.

  The unit was fine and the location excellent but the ceiling fans in both bedrooms were VERY LOUD and the ceiling fan in the living room did not go above a low speed. The unit owners requested the temperature be no lower than 74 degrees but with the issues with the ceiling fans that was not possible. Also, the kitchen sink drained very slowly. Also had an issue with parking. The security company called us because they were going to work on the pipes above our spot and asked us to move our car. I asked if we could put it in a visitors spot overnight and was told that was fine but still received a violation notice the next morning.

  Great location on the water behind the Truman White House. Quiet, the deck is covered so the sun will never drive you inside. You have access to a great pool. As with any unit in the Truman Annex you are in walking distance to the great restaurants and bars on Key West, (no car needed). You can watch the sunset with drink in hand from the deck and listen to quiet settle in as the sun disappears.
  This year was especially great because there were NO Cruise Ships!
