  This is our 3rd year staying at Harbour Place. Great location and Compass Realty is always super helpful with questions and check in. This years rental was different unit than last 2 yrs. It was in need of a deep cleaning. Overall tidy but some holes in wall with decorations hanging over them or patched mismatched painted repairs. The main bathroom baseboards were very dirty and closets were very dusty and needed a good cleaning. The shower head has something coming out of it, either insulation or something else. Again unit was ok, kitchen and appliances were very clean, which is a major plus. It just needs a really good top to bottom deep cleaning, and fix the few minor items, wouldn’t be costly.

  Overall my vacation rental was good. When we first arrived the ac was broken. The emergency repair person was very nice and helpful and the unit was fixed that day. However, the next day we found the garage disposal was not working. The tv remote for the master bedroom was not there and we could not get the second bedroom tv to connect. Many of the light bulbs are out. We also found prescription medication in the drawers.

  We (2 couples) spent a week at this rental. It is very spacious & comfortably furnished. The deck is perfect for morning coffee & afternoon sunset cocktails. The condo is conveniently located in Truman Annex. Close to the pool & parking. Pleasant walking distance to wonderful restaurants & attractions. We can’t wait to visit again!
  Compass Realty substituted this unit before we arrived, as the one we had rented was having some maintenance done.

  We have been going to Key West for years and this is the worst week we ever had there.The beds were very uncomfortable.Had springs sticking up and Sheets were dingy.Living room furniture is uncomfortable.Poor lighting in spare bedroom.Not very clean when we got there.

  This was our seventh year we have stayed with Compass Realty. They were wonderful to deal with and check in and check out were a easy. The Condo was very nice and location is perfect (Close walk to everything) and very quite inside the gates. Already booked with Compass for next year.

  We had an amazing time at World’s End condo! When we were at the condo we were on the huge deck facing Sunset Key. That was our favorite part of the condo! The large walk-in shower in main bedroom was great! Really missed this shower when we came home 😂 Very close to walk to all the action, no need for a vehicle unless you want to go to other side of island (Airport, Smather’s is quiet a long walk). Every was very clean & kitchen was well stocked with all utensils we needed. Everyone I spoke to at Compass Realty was very friendly & helpful! We will definitely stay here again!!!

  We were able to check into our rental, Worlds End at Harbour Place early and the condo was very bright and clean, had a beautiful view, was very close to the pool (which was an added bonus). It had very easy covered parking which was close to the unit. The unit was perfect in location to all the attractions of Key West - we walked to Mallory Place and Duval Street, rented bikes to the beach. Could not ask for a better location. Condo had all the amenities you could ask for, and I was very happy except for pull out couch - mattress although advertised as nearly new had a spring or 2 sticking up and was a terrible night sleep, hard and irregular for only 1 person. As nice as this place was, I was surprised at the low cost/uncomfortable living room furniture. One cold evening , we stayed in to watch a family movie in the living room. The couch seats 2 and the low back chairs were uncomfortable for 3 more young adults. We mentioned several times that week how uncomfortable the living room was for 5 of us to be in there and the dinner table only sat 4, had 4 chairs despite having 5 guests total. Had to carry in patio chair for each meal. Compass Realty was great about answering my dumb questions leading up to our visit.
