  Everything was wonderful. Good weather, even better rental. Ate at our usual favorites Red shoe, Santiago’s Bodega, and smoked fish dip at Waterfront Brewery. Such a shame there are no weekly rentals at Truman next year. We cannot get away for a monthly.

  Very clean and updated. minor issues, very limited storage for dry goods, closet space, dryer takes FOREVER TO DRY CLOTHES! Good location to most! Managing company was disappointing. When we arrived after a very long travel day. We did not have parking permit. spoke to them - they informed it was left in another condo unit our friends had rented. it was not - our friends and myself contacted rental company by the emergency phone number that is left after hours. I also sent email requesting parking permit *so our car wasn't
  towed. NEVER HEARD BACK! Monday morning my husband and I walked there to get parking permit. The person that I was dealing with who would not return my phone call, informed me that she had much higher emergencies to take care of than ours! I'm sure she did, however never stayed there before and not knowing if our car would be towed over weekend - that was an emergency to US!!

  We would highly recommend this condo in the Truman Annex! It is the perfect size for couples looking to getaway. It is quiet, relaxing, and has all the essentials. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. Pool area was quaint and everyone staying in the complex was welcoming and respectful. The beach chairs were an added bonus! You are walking distance to amazing restaurants, sights, and bars. Our favorite spot for sunset was the Truman Waterfront, which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo. If you are on the fence, BOOK IT :)

  We really enjoyed our stay. The area is very beautiful and quiet. We liked that in the evening the gates are locked. It was within walking distance to Ft. Zachary Taylor park, the Southern most point and all of the restaurants down Duvall st. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would stay here ourselves again. My only complaint would be the directions to get the keys were confusing, but they were very quick to respond with help.

  The location was great , the condo was very nice . Quite except the one night that a rooster crowed all night under our bedroom window 🤣🤣🤣
  The only thing was our flight got in earlier than expected , so if you arrive earlier then check in time no place to leave your luggage. We had to drag 3suitcases around .

  Truman Annex is our favorite place to stay in Ket West. Location is great and Compass Realty is easy to work with. We have stayed in many of the condos and although we prefer some to others, we have never had a serious complaint. When we come back next year we will rent a condo in Truman Annex from Compass Realty
