  Back deck, could live there. TV, great selection of channels. Location, wonderful. Three issues though. No one goes to key west to do dishes. Dishwasher broken. Hand towel holder in the bathroom coming off the wall. And single ply toilet paper. Seriously?

  Easy check in, great place, and everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Appreciated an early check in, late check out, and the proactive contact from realty company. We were able to walk everywhere, enjoy relaxing by the pool, or even in the unit itself through different parts of the day or night. Beds were comfortable, furniture and decorations done tastefully, and a lot of seating options both in and outside. Bathroom was located in between both rooms and this is ideal for a family of 4.

  This rental experience went very well. Easy access to keys and property. Quiet upstairs unit with two rooms and one bath that had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens ! There were even fans that we didnt find until the last day in the second room closet ... we had messaged ahead of time asking if they had fans and they said only a ceiling fan , so we used white noise on our phones. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed ! It even had spices ! The two decks were nice, one covered that we ate on and the other uncovered where we could get sun! The pool was busy, but we eventually would get lounge chairs as people tend to come and go. The property was very clean and pretty outside ! Be aware you will get woken by a cockadoodle doo lol 😂

  Kitchen clean and well stocked. Good appliances and clean also. Property is in great location and easy to walk almost everywhere. The floors were filthy though. Needed to wear shoes all the time. Actually threw out white socks because they didn’t come clean. Queen bed was comfortable but the twin beds were absolutely horrible and in need of replacing ASAP. Had porch in back and front which was nice for relaxing. I would recommend the place to a friend if the floors would be cleaned and twin beds replaced.

  The condo is located in a great place. Centrally located near Zachary Taylor and Duval Street. It’s very comfortable and provided luxury linens and towels. The kitchen had many spices and other amenities. Beds were comfortable. Chairs on both porches were nice as well!

  Our family of four (9 year old / 6 year old) was very comfortable in this rental. The location in the Truman Annex was excellent, close enough to walk to where ever we wanted to go, but not close enough to anything to worry about noise.
  
  The rental was well equipped in the kitchen, but the bathroom was not as well equipped. We had two rolls of toilet paper to get our family through a 7 night stay. There was not any shampoo or body wash. There were a couple of little hotel-sized bars of soap, but that was it. Plan on making a run to Walgreens or a grocery store to get those types of items.
  
  The space was nice and clean with the furniture being comfy and spaced out enough to not feel cluttered at all. The beds and bedding were nice and comfortable as well.
